ROOM WITH COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST & DINNER
GENERAL INFORMATION
Check in/out time 12 noon.
If Arriving after 6 pm, please inform your arrival time
in advance.
One Day's Payment in advance at the time of
booking/check in.
Payment of rooms bills after every three days.
For confirmation, we require one
night’s deposit by Bank Draft (Indian Rupees only) in
favour of ‘New Delhi YMCA Tourist Hostel’
CANCELLATION
CHARGES ON ROOM BOOKINGS
Cancellation Charges are levied as under:
- For 1-4 Pax,
cancellation made 48-hrs one day's room charges will
be levied.
- For 5-15 Pax,
Cancellation made 15 days, one day's charges per
room will be levied.
- For above 15 Pax,
cancellation made under 30 days, one day's charges
per room will be levied.
- For cancellation
made before stipulated period-full refund less 10%
adminstrative charges on tariff per room in all
cases will be charged.
- Cancellation will
be effective from the date of receipt of
Letter/Fax/Email. No request for cancellation on
Telephone will be entertained.
All bills to be settled before
departure.
NO CREDIT
Services Charge @ 5%
Sales Tax and Luxury Tax as applicable
Tariff is subject to revision without notice
Confirmed bookings are applicable ONLY for the day of
reservation.
Transient membership fee of Rs.30/- per person (Valid
for 30 days) will be charged from non members. Maximum
stay in the Hostels is 15 days.
Visitors not allowed in the Rooms.
